Chester Porter QC and Stuart Tipple of Chamberlain Fame Speak Out about the Sue Neill-Fraser Case in Tasmania

Posted by Barbara Etter APM on 11 November 2013 | 0 Comments

More eminent lawyers and experts in miscarriage of justice cases are joining the chorus for an inquiry into the safety or otherwise of the Sue Neill-Fraser murder conviction here in Tasmania. See http://tasmaniantimes.com/index.php?/weblog/article/justice-system-would-be-a-laughing-stock/. This follows closely on the heels of Robert Richter QC writing to the Tasmanian Attorney-General in August 2013 urging the establishment of an independent inquiry. Simply put, there are far too many parallels with the Lindy Chamberlain case in the NT.
